Monitoring runs continuously alongside the build, and the engagement ends with a formal handover and closure report.

No. Plenty of projects start as a rough idea or a problem you can't yet name precisely. Turning that into a charter, an architecture and a signed off discovery document is exactly what our discovery phase is for.

It gets logged as a change request and sized, so you can see what it does to the timeline before you decide. Anything material is agreed in writing by both sides. We would rather have that conversation than absorb the change quietly and miss a date.
